How do I file a Puerto Rico tax return?

TurboTax does not support Puerto Tax returns. 

You can file Puerto Rico tax documents at Departamento de Hacienda.

Thank you.  The Hacienda site states that they have qualified providers for electronic filing.  I used PRSoft and had a good experience completing my Puerto Rico filing.
