How do I enter SSNs for KY efile?

I'm getting a Review step notice that I can't eFile my KY taxes because "Returns that do not have an SSN or EIN for each dependent care provider are not eligible for electronic filing." My wife and I are filing jointly, don't have any dependents, and would be happy to add our SSNs wherever required for KY. How do I get around this error?

Following. I'm getting the same message. We do have dependents, but we did not receive and dependent care...

Same thing here - we don't have any dependents and I went back through Federal section on dependent care and answered "No" to each of them and there are no forms or other references anywhere to dependent care provider in my return.  Yet Turbotax says KY will not accept.

I'm also having the same issue, but I'm a dependent and a college student, so obviously a dependent care provider is not in my tax form... seems like a system glitch I guess.

I am having the same problem and it’s driving me crazy. I went as far as redoing the entire tax form. I’ve checked and checked this through. I’ve literally wasted all afternoon going through this.  It’s not even mine and I’m doing it for free!!! 😂 My brother better appreciate it! 😂 Hope they fix it soon! Anyone try calling them or contacting them by chance?

Misery loves company, but not the misery.  So close to finishing, yet so far.

I'm in Louisville, I guess we are all doing taxes while the weather does it's thing.

Stay warm, I'm praying for an answer.

Same here.  Suppose I will save the return and try again in a few days to see if this resolves itself.  Not sure what it is needing as I am single and no dependents.  Its preventing me from being able to file.

I’m hoping and praying it’s soon!  I have two more sets of taxes to do after I finish this set. I’m almost afraid to start the others. I’d much rather be productive than sitting around worried about the what the weather is going to do. Of course, I don’t know how productive I was today after spending hours trying to figure out what mistake I was making, redoing the entire tax form completely, only to find out it’s a bug on Intuit’s end. 😂 I think I was rather counterproductive and should have spent the day working on the bathroom walls like I had planned. Stay safe everyone!

Same here. Seems to be only Kentucky filers with this issue so it has to be something in the latest state update download. Come on TT, let's get a fix for this.

I’m getting the same message!  Looks like a software/system error.  Turbo needs to fix but not sure when….hopefully soon.

Its Monday 2/7/2022 and I STILL have the same issue as every other Kentuckian.

I am using the PREMIUM pc edition.

When is the estimated time to a fix for this BUG?

Same problem here! So do we just wait for a fix to file? Or maybe try a different filing software..?

How about we all start calling to demand refunds.  This doesn't seem like a difficult issue to solve by technical support.  There has to be some linkage between the state and federal and dependent care that should be fixed quickly.  Why is this taking days and not hours?
