How do I efile when I have more than one state abbreviation on line 15?

Can you please clarify your question, line 15 of what form?  What exactly are you looking at?

If you had tax withheld for those states, you want to file.

Prepare your non-resident states first and your resident state last.
After that it doesn't matter which order you file them.
