How do I deposit my state of SC refund into two different bank accounts?

To split you refund between different accounts you must go through the FILE process.  You will first pay TurboTax and in the second section you will be able to make the split.

1. You will come to How would you like to receive your federal refund? 
2. Select Split my refund between multiple bank accounts or U.S. savings bonds
3. Next  I want to deposit my federal refund into multiple bank accounts
4. Enter the amount you want to go to the first account 
5. Then select Add another bank account.
6. Be sure to double check your bank information and deposit amounts

I saw hot to do for the federal refund but what about the SC State refund?

SC does not divide refunds.
