How do I correct the amount of state taxes withheld on the M1W1 form?

It shows a double entry.

State tax withholding would show up on your W-2 entry in TurboTax. It would be the amount in line 17. You should go back through your W-2 entries to see if you entered a duplicate W-2 or a duplicate entry on the same W-2.
