How do I correct an error in TurboTax that my accountant found? Specifically, a carry-over Utah Solar tax credit.

We installed solar panels in 2022 and received an $800 credit which we weren't able to use on our 2022 taxes. Utah code Utah Code §59-10-1014 says " If the amount of a tax credit listed on the written certification exceeds a claimant's, estate's, or trust's tax liability under this chapter for a taxable year, the claimant, estate, or trust may carry forward the amount of the tax credit exceeding the liability for a period that does not exceed the next four taxable years." TurboTax is only allowing the 2023 carry-over limit of $400. My accountant caught the TurboTax error and called the Utah State Tax Division who confirmed that I could claim the full $800. Who fixes that?
