To get back to the Household Resources Worksheet:
- Select State from the left menu
- Select Edit by Michigan
- At Your 2021 Michigan taxes are ready for us to check, scroll down to Credits and taxes and select Edit
- Under Personal, home, and family credits, see Homestead Property Tax Credit and select Revisit
- Take a look at Michigan credits and taxes and select Edit
- Do you want to review your total household resources? select Yes.
Total Household Resources are used to determine eligibility for the Homestead Property Tax Credit Claim and Home Heating Credit Claim. One of the most frequent reasons for adjustment or denial of these two credits is an error in reporting all income. michigan.gov
