How can I retrieve the form needed to be exempt as a Tribal member? I worked in Arizona on Navajo Indian Reservation, I should be exempt to pay Arizona State Taxes.

As Native American Indian with the Navajo Nation we are Exempt to file taxes within Arizona State, I should not owe money to the State. How do I fix this? And where can I find the tax exempt form?

TurboTax will create the Certificate to Establish Native American Status and Residence on Arizona Reservation (Form Number 5013).  In the Arizona state part of your return look for the screen below and check the box "I am a Native American who earned wages while working and living on a reservation".  Complete the follow-up questions and you will be able to file.

Certain wages of American Indians. Subtract amounts earned by enrolled members of an Indian tribe while living and working on their tribe’s reservation.
