@rlfrongillo was the payment electronic or a paper check? if a paper check give it time. If you had it debited from your efiled tax return, I'd still give it another week.
The filing deadline for both federal and SC State is May 1 (due to Hurricane Helene), so I would wait at least a week before tracking it down. It's not late.
