Hi, I work in texas but live in north carolina. Texas has no state tax but north carolina has withheld taxes on my income made in texas. How can I handle this ? Thanks.

You will just need to file a resident return for North Carolina.

All of your income will be reported on your NC return, which it would be anyway since states tax their residents' income from all sources.
