Hi, I'm finishing up, and in the final form-field entry it asks me to enter a state. I lived abroad all year. Help!

You may have lived abroad for the year, but you probably have a residence address in the US. So, file for that state. It's just that you will not have any income for last year in that state.

This form is used to determine whether you owe a penalty for underpayment of estimated taxes.
