Hey all, what is the form it-203 for New York and how do I get access to this?

Form NY IT-203 is the main part-year resident or nonresident return for New York.  In TurboTax it will generate automatically if you need to file either.  For additional information, however, you can click on this link for the NY website:  

Hi Daniel.  I have a W2c form which has correction with respect to New York stae tax as I never lived in NY even though tax deduction has happened for NY state. As per the directions I edited the NY state tax part to zero in turbotax under the W2. Now will the IT 203 get automatically generated?
