Help with Michigan Form 5081

I use turbo tax home and business to do my taxes, filed them and paid the taxes owed.  I just received a letter stating I did not submit for 5081 Sales use and withholding form.  Anyone able to point me on how to properly fill this out?  Also, why was this not done with turbo tax?

Thanks!

TurboTax does not support Michigan Form 5081 Sales, Use and Withholding Taxes Annual Return

Who should file Form 5081?

Taxpayers who withheld Michigan income tax on a 1099 form (1099- MISC, 1099-NEC, 1099-R, etc.) must report the income and the withholding on the Sales, Use, and Withholding Taxes Annual Return (Form 5081) and send a copy of the 1099 form directly to Treasury.

Do you know for line 1. total gross sales, is that total sales that were in the state of michigan where I collected sales tax or they want total sales from all states/sources even when sales tax was not collected by me (amazon/ebay etc).

Thanks!
