Hello this is Simon [PII removed] I was trying to finish my tax return but somehow i can't go further forward I need help

Can you please clarify what is happening?  Is the screen frozen?  Try closing TurboTax, clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer.
