Hello! Quick question. I somehow ended up with an extra W2 from 2022 that I did not file on my 2023 tax return. What should I do???

Your filed return will be pending until the IRS starts accepting returns on Jan 29 and can not be changed. If your return is accepted you will get an email. If the return is rejected the e-mail will tell you what to correct and you can make changes before e-filing again. Amend to change an accepted return after you get your refund. Instructions below

What year?  If you got a W2 for 2022 you didn't report on your 2022 return you need to amend 2022 to add it.  You can not enter it on your 2023 return.  Or did you mean the return you filed in 2023?  That was your 2022 return last year.  We are filing 2023 now (in 2024).

another ..OR...

....or, did an empty W-2 transfer into 2023 from your 2022 tax return filing, and you don't need that extra empty W-2.  IN that case, you go back to the W-2 entry area in the Federal section, and delete that extra W-2 that you don't need this year.
