Hello, I live in Texas & it seems Turbo tax did not file "No Tax Due report" & Form 05-102 from my LLC in 2021 return. State of Texas has sent the notice. Need help ASAP

Form 05-102 is the Texas Franchise Tax Public Information Report (see HERE).

This form is not supported by TurboTax.

Hi, this is related to my 2021 return and now State of Texas has sent me the notice to Forfeit Right to Transact Business. Earlier my CPA used to take care of this and last year I used TurboTax, should not those be filed by Turbo Tax as part of Tax return?

No. 

This form is not part of the tax return. It has be filed with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.

You can now file the form and this will stop the forfeiture notice. There is a $50 penalty for late filing.
