Hello, I couldn't fill my 2018 tax return with turbotax because I am non resident alien, could I fill my 2019 tax return if I have the same situation?

Unfortunately, you can't file a return using TurboTax, but it has a partnership with Sprintax offering a nonresident tax filing solution to TurboTax customers.
