Having Trouble with Schedule SD WH: School District Tax. The for is not working

This is happening to me too. Did you figure it out? 

What is it you think you need to edit?  TurboTax (TT) simply takes the withholding shown on the forms (W-2, 1099-R) you entered and puts it on SD WH.

whatever it tells me in this message I needs to edit/add. It takes me to a page and hughtlights box 19 but gives me no option to type. Will not let me file my return without fixing these “errors”
