Has anyone had a problem with Massachusetts taking (or receiving) EFT payments for taxes owed? Is this a MA error or a Turbotax error?

About a month after we e-filed our 2021 taxes MA indicated that they had not received our payment even though we provided the EFT information via our Turbotax filing.

I have the problem other way around. Filing was accepted by the state, expecting a refund, never got one so far. Filed in the first week of April. Did you receive a letter from DOR of MA?
