Had to pay twice to file. Need a refund.

I filed my taxes and paid with order# TTD........60578 for $15.  My taxes were rejected because I needed an IP PIN.  After working with the IRS and getting an IP PIN I filed again.  Although there was a prompt saying I can re-submit for free, TurboTax made me pay with order# TTD........46894 for $25!  I am not happy with this.  How can I get a $25 refund?
