Georgia Tax Return Help

I am getting this message right before e-Filing my Georgia State returns on the Georgia Information Worksheet. It is telling me I need to "check this entry" and prompts me to fix my Zip Code (even though it is already entered correctly). Next, it asks me to "check this entry" again but with my City (which is also already entered correctly). After clicking "Continue" for both, it takes me back to the original screen saying that "

we found a couple little things on your Georgia return that need fixing".

You are in a loopoand need to get the city and zip entered where they can stick. A full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax, sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files).

For stuck information follow these steps:

Online version:

Delete the information worksheet for the state -see How to Delete
Log out of your return and try one or more of the following:
- Don't use Internet Explorer.
- Clear cache and cookies,
- Sign in using a different browser.
- Sign in using a different device.
Log back into your return.
- Enter the information again.

Desktop version:

Delete the form
Save your return while closing the program.
Update the program
Open
Enter the information again.
