Georgia State Filing - Zero Owed or Refunded - Still File?

Good evening, and thanks in advance. I'm a full-time resident of Georgia, and my spouse is a non-resident. I stay home with our kids, with no income of my own, except for about $150 in dividends earned through a company stock (in my name only). When we completed the non-resident Georgia tax form through Turbo Tax, it shows $0 owed and $0 due. Do we still have to file since nothing is due/owed? We will be filing a joint federal return. Thanks so much.

if your taxable income is below the filing threshold ($9750) for the State of Georgia, you do not need to file a Georgia return.
