Form TC-40A: Nonrefundable credit amt: Nonapportionable Nonref Cr-1 Must be greater than zero.

I don't know what number this is going for, i looked at the form and i don't think it applies but it says it has to be greater than 0 so a put 1 then it told me it should be 0 so i switched back and it just won't let me proceed.

Utah Schedule TC-40A is Supplemental Schedule to the main Utah Income Tax form.

In most cases, you don't need this form and can delete it. Follow these instructions:

https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288508

(If you don't have My Account or Tools on your screen, try logging into TurboTax from a laptop or desktop browser.)

If you delete the form and the question remains, remove the State return (see How do I delete my state return in TurboTax Online?). Log out of TurboTax, then log back in. Then return to the State tab and go through the interview questions again.

If you accidentally answered yes to a question that would trigger the creation of the TC-40A, and then went back to answer no, chances are the TC-40A that you accidentally just created will not go away. The internal edit checks of the form will then tell you the amount you enter has to be greater than $0 (even though you don't need the form) and you won't be able to proceed with filing your return electronically.
