Form 3115 Schedule A Part 1 #2 state that if I enter a "0" the word "NONE" will be entered. This is not working. Is there a fix?

Don't enter a zero in that field, just leave it blank.   If you leave it blank and print the form, TurboTax does insert the word NONE on the form, see screenshot below printed from TurboTax desktop.
