For My W2 I worked in RI but lived in Massachusetts.. in my RI W2 it shows RI SDI it is in Box 14 on my W2... do I use RI TDI when I categorize this in turbo tax?

Yes, because Massachusetts will allow a tax credit for this amount you paid. The amount is reported in box 14. Note the screenshots below from the W-2 entry and the Mass state return:
