Filing taxes by mail to multiple states

I have to file my taxes by mail this year because I've run to some problems with getting my AGI that matches the IRS database which is necessary to e-file. I've input the exact AGI from my return that I submitted last year, tried entering 0, and I've tried to request my transcripts on the IRS website but was unsuccessful.  I've tried creating an account for myself through the IRS website but they said my credit card info doesn't match what they have on file and then my wife tried but they said her phone number cant be linked to her name so therefore our identities cant be verified.  I have no choice but to file by mail at this point.

I'm filing jointly with my wife. I've lived in CA the entire year of 2019, but she lived in Arizona and California, so we have state taxes to file in CA and AZ.  This is probably a silly question, but when the state is requesting an attached copy of our W-2's, I only need to mail W-2's that coordinate with that state correct? California only needs copies of w-2's from work in California, and Arizona only needs the W-2's from AZ, correct?

Yes, you only need to attach forms W-2 with taxes withheld in the state you are filing.
