filing federal taxes with standard deduction. Can I use itemized deduction to file State of Virginia Income taxes?

I am filing federal taxes with standard deduction for married couples. Can I file using itemized deduction for married couples to file my state of Virginia income taxes?

If you claimed the standard deduction on your federal income tax return, you must also claim the standard deduction on your Virginia return.  This is a Virginia, not a TurboTax limitation.
