I am not eligible for this refund because my income is too high. But even in spite of the notes FROM TURBOTAX "If line 10 is more than $50,000, you do not qualify for the property tax relief refund, and the program will not complete lines 11 through 15."
DEAR GOD I wish that were actually true! I am pulling my **** hair out trying to figure out WTH these questions are asking and how to satisfy the code so that I can complete my Kansas return.
For the love of God please fix your code!

If you are using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions installed on a personal computer, click on Forms with the program started and the tax return Continued.
In Forms mode scroll down to the state section on the left side of the Forms mode screen. If the K-40SVR is shown then open the form and then at the bottom of the form click on Delete form.
Otherwise, delete the state tax return and start over with state tax return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for deleting a state tax return when using the desktop editions - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/state-taxes/clear-state-return-turbotax-windows-software/L78pS5sMt_US_en_US?uid=lnwavxox
