Does a change in fiduciary and fiduciary address for a trust mean there is a change in "responsible party" and change in "Business location" when filling out form 8822-B?

This form is for a business organization or tax-exempt entity, and is required whenever a new "responsible party" (like a trustee)  takes charge.

For a traditional, private trust situation, the proper document to file when there's a change in trustee is Form 56.  Please follow this link for that form.  https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f56.pdf
