Do you manually deduct UBT and MCMT from Federal Schedule C after filling out NY state return? Turbotax doesn't automatically do this?

Enter on  Line 23 Taxes and licenses . . . .

Use the amounts from the 2020 filings.

If you manually enter it in schedule C, it seems to change the amount of UBT later and becomes a recursive cycle. I thought TurboTax would be able to figure this out automatically?
