Do I need to wait to file my personal taxes until my business taxes are accepted?

We will be mailing in state (IL) as they don't accept electronic filing, do we have to wait for it to be accepted to file our personal?

No, you do not need to wait. As long as you have the K-1's you can file your personal return.
