Do i need to list retirement income in NC if i live in SC (I work in NC)?

Yes, if you lived in SC and worked in NC you will need to list all of your income you earned in both States. When preparing returns in multiple states, it's best to do your nonresident (NC) and/or part-year resident state returns first, and your resident (SC) state last. So, that the credit for the nonresident state taxes paid is accurately calculated on your resident state tax return.
