Do I need to do a state return for minnesota if I made $1720 and no tax was witheld? I live in Washington.

I received a 1099-NEC and the total amount was $1720. No tax withholding. DO I need to do a state return for that amount?

If you live in WA, how is MN involved?   Did you work in MN?
