Do I have to pay georgia tax on my k1 if I'm not a resident?

Georgia is trying to tax me big time on my K1 but it's based in FL, why does Georgia trying to tax me on it when I'm a nonresident?

If the income from your Schedule K-1 is Georgia Source Income, then the State of Georgia has the right to tax you on these amounts.  This holds true even if you are a nonresident of Georgia.

@ciaramiller And you're a Florida resident?  Why do you have a Georgia return?

Because, like me, he may be an actor or other worker that has multiple employer throughout the year.  My schedule C income is from VA only, My K-1 is from a business in VA whose income comes only from activity in VA, but I have worked several film jobs in GA through multiple employers... so when I file in GA, GA is taxing BOTH my Sched C income and K-1 none of which was earned there.  Anyone ever find a fix?
