Do I have to include W2, 1099, etc when I mail in the MI state return?

Do I have to send in 1099R, 1099Div, from banks and stockbroker 1099's?

And, if so, why doesn't Turbo Tax include that in the instructions?

You only have to include document that have withholding such as W-2 and 1099-R. If any other form t has withholding (it is unusual), include it too.
