Do I have to do anything if I joined a startup, submitted an 83b election half a year ago but am no longer a part of the company and did not receive anything?

Joined an LLC and would receive "membership interests" and cash in three vestings over three years. Terminated the agreement and never received anything. I filed an 83(b) election, which was six months ago. How do I handle this in my tax returns?

No, you don't have to do anything special to file your taxes.
