Do I enter my real estate tax on my West Virginia form for the calculation of the homestead credit?

The tax is shown on Mortgage Interest Statement Form 1098

Not if you enter it as a deduction on your federal return. TurboTax will automatically import any relevant data to your state return. If you enter it again, it will be double credited.
