Q2 - Also, on the Part 1 Recipient Information of the Form 1095-A, it requires her to fill in the Recipient's SSN. What recipient is this Form referring to?
Q3 - According to above, I need to report Form 1095-A because I claim my daughter as my dependent. But, her insurance is covered by me through Form 1095-C, so do I still need to fill in the Form 1095-A in my tax returns?
Is there actually a 1095-A Form? If so, it must be reported. Why would there be one if she was on your coverage at work?
She will delete hers from her dependent return. Make sure that she actually claimed herself as a dependent. Once you delete the form, your second question won't matter.
