Date I became a resident of NC?cant be after 12/31/2019

If you are working on a 2019 tax return, if you moved in 2020, it is not relevant on the tax return---except that you must use a correct mailing address.  If you did not live or work in NC in 2019 then you do not put anything about NC on the return.

Did you move to NC after 12/31/2019? If so, this information will go on your 2020 return.
