Colorado status says "refund sent". But I no direct deposit has been made

the CO tax site says its complete and refund sent.  I requested direct deposit and verified the account info is correct.  I tried to call and the phone tree eventually says they are getting too many calls and hangs up.  I read that some direct deposits are converted to mailed checks as a security option.

 

How an I find out whats going on?  its been in the "complete/refund sent" status for over a week.  TIA!

Once your tax return is e-filed, TurboTax can't determine when you will receive your refund. You have done what we would tell you to do, which is to contact your state Department of Revenue.
