Can I deduct 529 Contribution on Michigan Nonresident form? This is allowed by MI, and has been available in previous years on TT. It does not show on 2020 TT.

Yes, it should be available in your Michigan state return in a page with the heading Here's the income Michigan Handles Differently.  I have included a screenshot where you would enter your 529 contribution as it is circled within the screenshot.
