California Return rejected Twice - error SCHCANR-069

After the first rejection I was told there would be a TT update om March 3 that would fix the problem.  I updated TT on 3/3 and refiled.  Got rejected again with the same error.  Here it is - any ideas?  Phone support has so far not been able to solve my problem.  

 

SCHCANR-069 - Schedule CA 540NR Part II Section C Line 25 column (D) (TotalOtherAdjustments) must equal Section C Line 24a (JuryDutyPay) + Line 24b (EngagedProfitRentalIncDedExp) + Line 24d (ReforestationAmortizationExp) + Line 24e (SupplementalUnemployBeneRepay) + Line 24f (Sect501c18DPensionPlansContrib) + Line 24g (Sect403bPlansChaplainsContrib) + Line 24h (UnlawfulDiscriminatFeesCosts) + Line 24z (OtherAdjustmentTotal).

 

I checked the math on the form and it looks good to me.

I just received an email saying that there is an update, but when I check for updates (I have the desktop version) it says I am up to date - so there is no update available.  ANd yet a different email told me to hang on and wait while this is resolved.  ARGH!  Can someone please help me?

Just had to manually apply a rather large update.  The phone rep led me through refiling, and my CA state return was rejected again with the same error.  Can someone help me?  Getting through to a phone rep is painful.

Updating the software should have resolved the error.  Please try to update your state return again using the instructions here in the Help Article

 

If this does not work for you, please comment back here in the thread for further assistance.

The TT rep yesterday led me through the manual update process, then I refiled, and it was rejected again.
