My C-Corp was filed with the California SOS in July 2019 and business didn't begin until October 2019. I have a $846 NOL to carry over. I was asked which portion of the $846 is considered NB or ESB and I placed $846 in both NB and ESB since it technically falls under both (was this wrong)?
I was then asked to complete a code for 3805Q on 4(b) - see attachment. Where do I find the code?
