Because my W2 shows 100% of wages for both PA and DE, my PA state return in Turbotax shows double my salary and does not reflect the proper amount, how do i fix this?

You may adjust this figure.  In the PA return, you will see a screen that says "Compensation Summary".  Click on the Edit button on that screen.  Then, you will see another screen asking you to Verify this income.  Put a check in the Delaware box so that that income is excluded from PA tax calculation.  Because of reporting and programming requirements, TurboTax must add both lines together for the PA tax return, so clicking on this box removes the double-up and the correct income will be reported to PA.
