AZ form 321 - Turbotax not calculating refund accurately

TurboTax is currently not calculating the refund correctly for AZ form 321. I have tried 3-4 times, and the refund amount does NOT add correctly. For single filing, it is a dollar for dollar credit up to $400, for married filing jointly it is up to $800. I have already submitted the problem, but it is not fixed.

Click this link for more info on the Arizona Form 321.

The AZ Credit for Contributions to Qualifying Charitable Organizations is a non-refundable credit. This means the reduction is to your tax liability (before any payments or refundable credits are applied) dollar for dollar until you get to zero.  So if your tax liability, for example, is $300 that will be the amount of credit applied; no more.

Hope this helps!

I am using Turbotax on a Mac and can not find where to enter my AZ Tax Credit Donation *anywhere*.  Any advice? Or do I need to print out and do this manually?

Ah, I saw your other question (well, same question), and now I know that you are on a Mac.

Did you see this screen?

"Arizona Tax Payments"

If so, was the next screen, "No Increased Excise Tax Credit" (or anything about the Excise Tax Credit)?

Is the next screen, "Family Tax Credit"?

Is the next screen, "Taxes Paid to Another State or Country"?

Is the next screen, "School Tax Credits"?

Finally, is the next screen, "Other Nonrefundable Credits"? This is where you check that you have credits for form 321.
