Auto Pay of NY state taxes didn't happen!

I set up turbo tax to automatically pay my NY state taxes on 4/10/2021.  The money was never deducted from my account.  I called turbo tax and they said it may take a few days beyond that.  It is now 5/3/2021 and no money has been deducted!  How do I rectify this?

You can pay online directly with the state of New York at Make a personal income tax return payment online.

Thank you!  That did the trick.  I was able to pay my taxes without penalty.

 

Question is, why didn't turbo tax notify me that auto pay wasn't able to access my account?!

TurboTax sends your information to the state. What the state does with your bank account is unknown to TurboTax. There is no way for TurboTax to know the state had an issue.
