Assembly instructions on page 5 of Wisconsin return

I'm manually filing my Wisconsin return, which say to see page 5 before assembling return. My problem is that TurboTax didn't produce page 5.

Problem solved. I went out on the Wisconsin website and printed the assembly instructions for tax returns.
