As an Illinois resident I received third-party sick pay from an Ins Co of Fort Wayne, IN. Do I need to file a nonresident state return for Indiana?

No, you do not have to file an Indiana tax return.  The fact that your third-party sick was paid by an insurance company located in Indiana does not require to file a tax return for Indiana.
