Arizona State Tax Line 15 error reported but unfixable

Line 15 for Arizona State Turbo Tax has "Explain" but I cannot enter anything. The description for this error says that I need to have a schedule with payors and the amount received. I cannot find where to do this, there is no "+" sign to access.

I meant to say Arizona Form 140 Line 13.  It is asking for non-Arizona municipal interest details.

Can you clarify if you entered municipal interest on your federal return?  If so, you will go back to the federal return and access the municipal interest entry and make corrections there.
