Are downloads from Ameriprise allowed more than once

I'm trying to do my taxes for the 2nd time for 2022. I'm making sure they come out the same. When I went to download information from Ameriprise for IRA's it said they aren't yet available for this year. When I did my taxes the 1st time it worked perfectly. So are they allowed to downloaded multiple times?

Please double-check you're entering the correct credentials when trying to import. If you still can't connect, you will want to make sure that your TurboTax software is up to date. Please see the following TurboTax Help Article for assistance.

You may also want to try clearing your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning correctly when trying to connect to your web browser to import your documents.
